You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The company provides an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure spectacular guest experiences and achievement of financial targets.
• Lead and participate in ongoing store leadership training and development to prepare for advancement.
