Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will oversee staffing, daily operations, and guest service, ensuring financial goals are met while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead the store through a leadership training program and ongoing development.
