Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and store performance.
• Lead through an 8+ week store leadership training program and collaborate with the Panda community for ongoing development.
