Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Sell and educate customers on products and services, presenting options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Respond professionally to general questions and customer applications, including loans and check cashing.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
