Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador and ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence across the store network.

The role involves educating customers on product options, handling cash and transactions, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Travel within the assigned district and to neighboring districts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present all options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
