Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store, drive financial performance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will hire and direct associates, manage daily operations, and participate in a structured leadership training path designed to develop you toward a General Manager role. Successful candidates will undergo 12+ weeks of leadership training, with ongoing evaluations, and a GM certification program upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Willingness to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and progress toward General Manager development.
