Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.

You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, and you will participate in a structured leadership training program designed to prepare you for future General Manager roles. After completing training and GM certification, you may be eligible for promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team members; participate in the General Manager development path and leadership training.
• Oversee training and progression through the 12+ week store leadership program and GM certification (GO100).
