Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily operations.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding customer service and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and customer loyalty through store initiatives and memberships.
• Oversee labor planning, inventory optimization, and expense management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff; provide performance feedback.
• Maintain store standards and a clean, safe environment for customers and associates.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
