Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Promote membership program and foster customer loyalty to boost sales.
• Oversee all store operations, including labor, inventory, and expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and provide development paths.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and strict SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on staff performance.
• Drive profitability through strategic sales initiatives and store ambiance.
