Job summary

Miniso in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a team, maintain visual standards, and deliver outstanding customer service to meet sales goals.

You'll mentor trainees, manage inventory and scheduling, promote the membership program, and collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of retail management experience with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager by leading a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Promote membership sign-ups to boost loyalty and sales.
• Mentor trainees and help the team meet sales targets.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, damages and returns.
• Help recruit, train, and retain store staff.
• Manage scheduling and adherence to policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising and communicate feedback.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and a safe store environment.
