Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and customer management skills desired.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales.
• Manage labor, inventory, merchandising standards, and store operations.
• Promote the loyalty/membership program and drive sales growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store profitability, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee relations.
• Maintain visual standards and adapt to store needs; travel between locations.
