• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, sales.
• Promote and drive engagement with the membership program.
• Oversee operations, performance, and store profitability.
• Train, mentor, and retain top talent; conduct evaluations.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain clean, organized store and inspiring displays.
