Job summary

MINISO USA in Round Rock, TX seeks a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote the membership program.

You will recruit and mentor staff, uphold brand standards, ensure store cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with the Area Manager to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel between locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including ASM, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and values in daily work.
• Ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards.
• Drive membership program sign-ups and customer loyalty.
• Oversee store operations and overall performance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent; conduct evaluations.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR.
