Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Adept at using technology for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations on devices like iPad.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a world-class customer experience using Sleep Number products and a proven sales process.
• Lead store operations, recruiting, management, training and sales functions; drive productivity and compliance.
• Leverage programs to generate local market awareness and store traffic; motivate the team to exceed sales goals.
• Hold self and team accountable as trusted Sleep Experts delivering top customer outcomes.
