David’s Bridal in Colorado is seeking a Store Manager to build and retain a high performing team, deliver world-class service, and exceed sales plans. You will mentor, lead, and coach results-driven staff, creating a climate of peak performance and five-star customer experiences.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, coaching on selling skills, achieving monthly income goals, and staffing the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree is required.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain a high performing team and deliver five-star customer service.
• Manage payroll and ensure it aligns with monthly budget and timesheets.
• Lead store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals and oversee inventory, receiving, layaway, and repairs.
• Communicate daily sales goals and oversee staffing to meet goals.
• Foster a strong bench and talent pipeline and fill open positions within 30 days.
