Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a dynamic retail store management professional to lead a high-performing team and deliver five-star customer service. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, monitor payroll, and drive sales performance while overseeing inventory, repairs, and order processing.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and building a strong bench to ensure staffing goals are met. Prior retail management experience in apparel is preferred, with a HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor staffing by assigning shifts and providing feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.
• Coach and train staff to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and hours to align with budgets.
• Lead the store to meet monthly income goals and maintain stock and service standards.
• Maintain inventory, special orders, layaway, repairs and ensure product quality.
