David’s Bridal in Las Vegas is seeking a Store Manager to build and lead a high performing team and deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced apparel environment. You will manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while driving sales to meet monthly targets.

The role requires previous retail management experience and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree is required.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Holds the leadership team accountable for active floor management and feedback.
• Provides ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Manages store payroll and ensures budget adherence; monitors timesheets for all roles.
• Drives Total Monthly Income goals by delivering foundational excellence and performance-based leadership.
• Monitors inventory management, special orders, receiving processes, layaway, and quality standards.
