Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver world-class customer service. You will manage scheduling, coaching, and daily operations to exceed sales plans while maintaining hospitality and brand standards across the store.

You will oversee payroll alignment with budgets, inventory controls, and workforce planning to ensure smooth store performance. A strong leader who mentors staff and upholds five-star service will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Holds the leadership team accountable for floor management and feedback.
• Coaches and trains to enhance individual selling skills and processes.
• Manages payroll to stay within monthly budget and monitors timesheets.
• Drives store to meet Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals for front of house and alterations.
• Monitors inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to maintain quality standards.
• Communicates daily sales goals and drives action with the team.
• Develops action plans from weekly performance discussions and reviews.
• Builds a strong staffing bench to fill open positions within 30 days.
