You will mentor staff, optimize operations, and maintain a positive, high-energy store environment. The ideal candidate has retail management experience in apparel, strong leadership, and a passion for customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage payroll and ensure alignment with monthly budget.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action with the team.
• Develop action plans from weekly performance reviews and customer feedback.
• Build staffing bench and fill open positions within 30 days.
