The Tile Shop in Knoxville, AL is seeking a Store Manager with a people- and sales-driven leadership style to guide a team toward outstanding customer service and sales results.

You will recruit and train Assistant Managers and Sales Associates, greet customers, sell tile products, oversee store and warehouse operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding The Tile Shop brand standards. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Willingness to learn and grow from feedback.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures, and job duties.
• Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals.
• Learn the installation process and products to educate customers.
• Track established store sales goals.
• Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
• Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
• Develop schedules for direct Store Associates and Store Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use good business practices at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
