Burlington Stores in Rialto, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all facets of a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor a team, uphold customer service standards, and drive sales while modeling our values of trust, respect and integrity.

You will own day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service tasks, ensuring strong partnerships with associates across branches and departments. A successful candidate brings leadership, organization, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure execution of policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure accurate inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and maintain Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget with reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and development activities for team members.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budget, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Foster effective communication among store, district, regional teams, and partners.
