Job summary

You will mentor a team, drive sales, and uphold our values of trust, respect, and integrity while providing a premier shopping experience. You’ll manage day-to-day merchandising, operations, staffing, and budgets, partner with district and regional teams, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or specialty environment.
• Must work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store operations and performance to maximize sales.
• Lead and coach Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and pricing with store leaders.
• Ensure excellent customer service and world-class shopping experience.
