Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Rialto, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, mentor teams, and deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will oversee daily merchandising, operations, and service management, drive sales, manage budgets, and partner across districts. The role requires strong communication and integrity, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities and drives store standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as MOD; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses budgets with reporting oversight.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Facilitate onboarding and training; provide coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, workforce management and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication across store, district, and regional teams.
