Job summary

Burlington Stores, a leading off-price retailer, is hiring a Store Manager in California. You will lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales, and mentor the team to deliver a world-class shopping experience with integrity.

You will oversee day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service tasks, set staffing, and ensure strong partnerships with district and regional teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a big-box or specialty environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced store.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store operations and staff to maximize sales.
• Oversee scheduling, training, onboarding, and coaching of associates.
• Partner with managers to coordinate merchandising, promotions and pricing.
• Manage inventory accuracy, receiving, transfers, returns-to-vendor, and budgets.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and uphold Burlington SOPs.
