The Store Manager will recruit, train, and coach team members, ensure inventory accuracy, manage promotions, and uphold loss prevention procedures while aligning with brand values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail staff supervision experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
