Reformation is seeking a Store Manager for the Domain, Austin, TX. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an elevated client experience across a 7-day schedule with a focus on sustainability and brand storytelling.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will optimize payroll, manage inventory, and develop the store team to achieve growth and exceptional customer service. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience required.
• 4+ years retail management experience required.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated for continuous personal and team development.
• Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team.
