Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team and participate in a comprehensive leadership training program. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct staff, and drive guest satisfaction while aiming to meet financial goals.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship. The role requires relocating within 50 miles of home and a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
