Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and coach associates, drive toward financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program to prepare you for success. Based in the United States, this role requires flexibility for openings and closings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to relocate within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required for the role.
• Relocation within 50 miles from home may be necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serv-Safe food safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
