Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship from our Panda community to support your success. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and to relocate within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule with opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serv Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs.
