Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required,
• Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius,
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends,
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
