Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship to support your success; flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to the team and drive store success through effective supervision and guest satisfaction.
