This full-time role requires a flexible schedule—including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—and the ability to relocate within 50 miles of home if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
