Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.

We provide a leadership training program of 8 or more weeks to prepare you for success and support from our Panda community. Flexible scheduling and requirements include shifts, holidays, and potential relocation within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50‑mile radius from home.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single location to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train teams; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Complete 8+ weeks of leadership training provided by Panda.
