Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Store Manager in Washington state to lead a busy retail team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit and develop staff, manage payroll and budgets, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment on the sales floor.

The role requires strong leadership, merchandising oversight, and a focus on driving KPIs and customer loyalty. You will drive omnichannel initiatives, coach employees on product knowledge, and uphold Carter’s brand standards while growing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
