Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret operating statements and identify corrective actions.
• Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Knowledge of local and state food handling certifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review operating statements to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Ensure store meets or exceeds in-stock targets and adheres to SOPs.
• Supervise staff, develop work schedules and provide coaching.
• Maintain cashier accountability, safety and loss prevention measures.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and signage meet company standards.
