Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects and retains qualified staff per laws and policies.
• Provides training and conducts performance evaluations; counsels and terminates when needed.
• Recommends pay rates and advancement paths.
• Communicates expectations and coordinates security and safety policies.
• Ensures proper staffing and opening/closing procedures; manages store hours.
• Reviews operating statements to identify trends and control opportunities.
• Manages stock levels: orders, stock plans, cycle counts, and BSR.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and pricing according to standards.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and cash controls are followed.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and maintains a clean, safe store.
