Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our Short Hills, NJ location. You will drive store performance, lead talent initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards.

Ideal candidates are coachable, adaptable, and passionate about our brand. You will recruit, onboard, develop staff, and manage daily operations, including scheduling and inventory, while upholding visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a retail leadership role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience with clienteling and achieving KPIs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPIs.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development.
