Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and uphold safety and service standards across shifts when the GM is not onsite.

The role reports to the General Manager, drives revenue through strong customer service and staff development, and requires 45–50 hours per week with base salary of $40,000–$44,000 plus bonus potential up to $12,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered for education.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture and coach team members to meet goals.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to drive sales.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and completion of tasks to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Facilities and IT for quick resolution.
• Uphold safety protocols and preventive maintenance to keep a compliant workplace.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving hours.
