Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and develop future leaders. You will oversee shifts when the GM is away, uphold safety and service standards, and drive revenue performance.

The role reports to the GM with a base salary of $47,500 to $55,000 plus bonus potential. Expect 45–50 hours per week and opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees and handling hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM responsibilities during absences to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet site standards.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
