Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years as key holder or assistant management in retail/hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM responsibilities during GM absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing interactions.
• Maintain safety protocols, supervise daily operations, and ensure site standards.
• Assist with payroll tasks and attendance during shifts.
