Job summary

High’s of Baltimore is seeking a results-driven Store Manager with experience in retail and/or fine dining to lead daily operations and uphold our 'Fast, Fresh & Friendly' neighborhood store.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, manage inventory, pricing and merchandising, ensure exceptional customer service, and prepare regular sales and KPI reports. Full‑time role with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in convenience retail.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with convenience retail operations and industry trends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily operations including inventory management, stock ordering, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees; provide guidance and motivation.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service; address inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales and inventory to track progress.
