Job summary

High's Convenience Stores in Harford County seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, profitability, and customer service excellence while leading a dedicated team.

You will recruit and develop associates, schedule staff, analyze performance data, ensure compliance, and execute company initiatives to deliver a Fast, Fresh & Friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, convenience store, food service, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop all store management and associate team members.
