Job summary

High's Convenience Stores in Harford County seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, profitability, and customer service excellence while leading a dedicated team.

You will recruit and develop associates, schedule staff, analyze performance data, ensure compliance, and execute company initiatives to deliver a Fast, Fresh & Friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, convenience store, food service, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop all store management and associate team members.
• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Conduct performance coaching, evaluations, and corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and guidelines.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory control, and store presentation standards.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate staffing to meet demands.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and engagement.
• Execute company initiatives and long-range business strategies.
