High’s of Baltimore in Thurmont, MD is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, manage inventory, and uphold our Fast, Fresh & Friendly brand. You will recruit, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent service while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in convenience retail. Full-time position with evenings/weekends; competitive benefits include health insurance, 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Actively recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees, providing guidance, motivation, and support to enhance performance.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, address inquiries or complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure the store complies with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including safety and security regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
