LOFT is seeking a Store Manager for Store 1405-West Farms-ANN-Farmington, CT. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive a profitable business by focusing on guest service, visual standards, and community engagement.

You will coach your team to reach their potential, hire and develop talent, and ensure a welcoming environment. Manage day-to-day operations, opening and closing, and use reports to shape short- and long-term store plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and use reporting tools.
• Strong business acumen to develop strategies and action plans to drive results.
