Job summary

LOFT in Farmington, CT is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team. In this role you will support and role model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates with coaching and feedback.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed. The ideal candidate brings 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred), with strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Support onboarding and development of an effective, highly engaged team.
• Step in as manager when needed and collaborate with Store Manager.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience.
