Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience with emphasis on team development and store operations.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and drive performance through accountability.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills across all levels.

• Ensure safe, compliant operations and effective visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
