Job summary

Burlington Stores in Idaho Falls is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, mentor a team, and drive sales while delivering a world-class shopping experience.

You will own day-to-day merchandising, operations and service management, partnering with store leaders and regional teams to execute policies with integrity and strong customer service. This is a salaried, full-time role in a dynamic, fast-growing off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy implementation.
• Ensure team fulfills responsibilities and follows established standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget and related reporting.
• Recruitment, screening and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Onboarding and training with ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budget management and scheduling.
• Foster communication among store team, district and regional management.
