Job summary

Burlington Stores is looking for a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will mentor and coach Associates, partner with district and regional teams, and ensure day-to-day merchandising, operations and service excellence.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and processes with a focus on trust, integrity, and Our Burlington values. This full-time role offers a competitive wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory accuracy including receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and store budget.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates; onboarding and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and a world-class shopping experience.
