Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Idaho Falls to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation and drive sales while delivering our values in action. You will mentor a team, partner with district leadership, and own day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management.

The role demands 5+ years in retail management, strong communication, and the ability to manage staffing, budgets, and store performance, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Partner with operations and merchandising leadership to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing.
• Oversee payroll budget, scheduling, and workforce management; drive store sales and budget goals.
• Lead store operations day-to-day, ensuring customer service excellence and a world-class shopping experience.
